Use of the site
Eligibility and access
Access to and use of tirangalotteryapp.in.net ("the Site") is permitted only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable Indian law. By accessing the Site you confirm that lottery participation is lawful in your state of residence. Residents of states where lottery operations are restricted, including Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu, are solely responsible for verifying compliance with local statute before registering a Tiranga Lottery account.
Payments and transactions
When funding your account or withdrawing winnings, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Accepted instruments include UPI apps such as PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), and BHIM, as well as net banking and debit cards issued by scheduled Indian banks. Transactions originating from third-party accounts are reversed automatically, and the associated account is suspended pending identity verification. Minimum deposit is ₹100; minimum withdrawal is ₹200, processed within 24 to 48 business hours to the same instrument used for deposit.
Prohibited conduct
You must not deploy bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Site; create multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers; or attempt to manipulate draw outcomes by any means. We reserve the right to terminate access, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or violation of applicable Indian law.
Intellectual property
Ownership of site content
All content on tirangalotteryapp.in.net, including the Tiranga Lottery name, logo, trade marks, service marks, draw-result data, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of Tiranga Lottery or its licensors. These assets are protected under the Trade Marks Act 1999, the Copyright Act 1957, and relevant international conventions. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any Site content may attract civil damages and criminal liability under Indian law.
Licence and restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Site content. You may not remove or alter proprietary notices, and you may not display Tiranga Lottery branding alongside any third-party product or service without our express written consent. This licence terminates automatically upon any breach of these Terms.
User-submitted content
By submitting feedback or support queries to the Site, you grant Tiranga Lottery a royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use that content in connection with Site operations. You warrant that your submission does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. Genuine infringement notices should be directed to our support team; we will investigate and respond within 14 working days.
Limitation of liability
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all Tiranga Lottery services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the Site will operate without interruption, that draw results will be error-free, or that the Site is free from viruses or harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act 2019, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability cap
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Site, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the value of deposits made in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or reputational harm, even if forewarned of such possibility. This cap does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Draw cancellations and refunds
If a scheduled draw is cancelled due to technical failure or force majeure, including server outages, payment gateway downtime affecting PhonePe, GPay, or BHIM settlements, or regulatory intervention, your entry fees for that draw will be refunded to your Tiranga Lottery wallet within 72 hours. Wallet balances may then be withdrawn to your registered UPI handle or bank account within the standard processing period.
